Hydraulic Horizontal Baler

Hydraulic horizontal baler from Criefco also known as manual-tie horizontal baler and semi-automatic horizontal baler, are used for pressing various material including both solid material and hollow plastic material. They are widely used in a variety of facilities, such as paper/cardboard recycling facilities, carton manufacturers, printing facilities, textile waste recycling installations, distribution centers, PET bottle recycling plants, fiber processing facilities and packaging factories.

This machine is a good choice for facilities that handle no more than 3.5tons volume of waste per hour. Except for manual tying, all other processes are automatic such as material feeding with a conveyor, compressing, bale outlet door opening and closing, and bale ejecting.

• Electric Controlled : for easy operation, simply by operating on buttons and switches to fulfill platen moving and bale ejecting.
• Hydraulic-driven Exit Door : can automatically lifting up to let the bales come out, which promotes operation efficiency and maximize output.
• Automatic Feeding Conveyor is Optional : for achieving continuous & automatic material feeding to maximize throughput and save labor. The conveyor can automatically start or stop according to material level in hopper.
• Horizontal Cutter on Feeding Aperture : for cutting off the excessive material to prevent it from getting stuck at the feeding aperture
• Automatic Bale Ejecting System : for efficient bale ejecting by simply pressing a button
• Close-end Design : ensures very dense bales especially for baling hollow products.
• Bale Exit Island : for receiving bales ejected from the machine and allowing bales to be easily removed with forklift.
• PLC Control System. : automates the operation and promotes accuracy
• Cooling System is Optional : for cooling down the temperature of the hydraulic oil, which protects the machine in high ambient temperature. Either air-cooling or water-cooling is available
